The purpose of this view is to provide information on the number of candidates who have reached each stage in the hiring process. The number of applicants, conversion rate between stages, and average days in stage are often shown. It is important to note, that this applicant funnel does not track how many applicants are currently in each stage, but rather the number of applicants who have made it to that stage during the hiring process. For example, if a candidate is currently in the Hiring Manager Screen, they are also counted in the Recruiter Phone Screen stage and the New Applicant Stage.
Applicant Funnels commonly have a list of filters on the right-hand side of the dashboard. These filters may always be showing, or controlled by a button.
