Business Problem:
A fully-remote organization wanted to organize occasional in-person company events. HR professionals needed visibility into the locations of employees in order to make a data-driven decision on where to host these events.
How This Dashboard Helps:
A heatmap of employee locations was created as well as a list of major cities and the number of employees who live in or within a 30 mile radius of the city.
Impact:
This dashboard delivers much-needed insight into where the employee population lives. The organization can now see where their employees are located and make a data-driven decision on where to host company events.
