The purpose of this view is to provide information on Offers. Typically, this dashboard displays a summary line with Offer Acceptance Rate, Offers Accepted, Offers Declined, and Offers Extended. As well, these dashboards show an Offer Acceptance Trend and a breakout of Offers Accepted by a key field, such as Org Level 1. The bottom chart is commonly controlled by a Show By, which allows the user to change the breakout. For more information on Show Bys, check out our Show By Guide.
Offer Acceptance commonly have a list of filters on the right-hand side of the dashboard. These filters may always be showing, or controlled by a button.
