The organization faced challenges with turnover of recently promoted employees, which they believed to have stemmed from employees not being ready for their new roles and responsibilities. Executives needed visibility into the population of promoted employees in order to address this issue.
How This Dashboard Helps:
This dashboard provides insights into promoted employees. It provides a breakdown by function as well as termination reasons and days between promotion and termination for terminated employees. This enables leaders to gain insights into which employees are being promoted, why promoted employees are being terminated, and how long its take for these employees to be terminated.
Impact:
This dashboard delivers much-needed insight into the population of promoted employees. By identifying the termination reasons for promoted employees, executives can make informed decisions surrounding timelines to promotions and proper training to improve readiness.
