The headline numbers
Four cards summarise Total Adverts, Total Applications, Avg per Advert, and your Best Performing advert, along with how many applications it received.
Applications per advert
A bar chart compares applications received across your adverts, making it easy to spot your strongest and weakest performers at a glance.
The detail table
A sortable table lists every advert with its location, department, number of applications, number hired, and current status. Select any column header to sort by that column, useful if you want to rank jobs by applications or by how many they've actually hired rather than reading the chart alone.
