Candidate activity timeline

A single chronological history of everything that's happened with a candidate.

Every candidate profile includes an activity timeline, a chronological record of everything that's happened to them in Recruit.

What's included

The timeline covers pipeline stage moves, shortlisting evaluations, offers being created, sent, accepted, or declined, emails and text messages sent, received, scheduled, cancelled, or failed, right-to-work updates, notes, video interview invitations and completions, their original application, interview invitations, rejections, and any changes to their tags.

Each entry has its own icon, so you can scan the timeline quickly and spot the type of event you're looking for without reading every line.

Why it's useful

If you're picking up a candidate you haven't dealt with before, or need to explain a decision later, the timeline is usually the fastest way to reconstruct exactly what's happened and when, rather than piecing it together from notes and memory.
