A closer look at who's applying and how they're ranked.
The Candidates report focuses on ranking and distance rather than pipeline flow, useful when you want to understand the make-up of your applicant pool rather than where they are in the process.
The headline numbers
Four cards summarise: Total Candidates, how many have With Distance Data (a home location Recruit could calculate distance from), Avg Distance in miles, and how many have been Ranked / Scored.
Candidates by distance
A bar chart groups candidates into distance bands from the job location, giving you a sense of how local or how far-reaching your applicant pool is.
Candidate rankings
A table lists your top 20 ranked candidates, showing their name, job, rank (Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Not Suitable), average score, current stage, and source. This is a quick way to see your strongest candidates across multiple jobs at a glance, rather than checking each pipeline individually.
