The headline numbers
Four cards summarise Avg Time to Hire (in days, with a trend showing whether you're getting faster or slower), Avg Interviews per Hire, Total Hires, and Open Positions.
Time to hire by role
A bar chart breaks average time to hire down by role. Bars are highlighted if a role has been open more than 30 days, making it easy to spot roles that need attention without reading every number individually.
The efficiency detail table
A detailed table lists each job with its department, number of candidates, number of interviews, hires, and days open, giving you the full picture behind the summary charts.
