Interview feedback form templates
Designing what interviewers are asked to score.
Designing what interviewers are asked to score.
The questions an interviewer sees when they submit feedback come from a feedback form template, managed under Settings > Feedback Forms, on the Interview Feedback tab.
Building a template
- Select + Add a form.
- Give it a Form Name and Form Description.
- Add questions one at a time. For each, choose a Type: Rating, Yes/No, or Text, mark it Required if needed, and for Rating questions, set the scale.
- Select Save.
Templates are listed in the left panel with a search box and question count, so you can find and reuse one quickly.
If you haven't set one up
You don't need a custom template before interviews can happen. If a stage doesn't have one assigned, Recruit falls back to a built-in default scorecard covering Technical Skills, Communication, and Culture Fit ratings, with space for notes, so feedback can always be captured even before you've configured anything.
Once feedback has been submitted
A submitted scorecard is frozen at the exact wording it was answered against. If you edit the template afterwards, past feedback won't change to match, only new feedback uses the updated version.
