Saving text you write often so you don't have to retype it.
If you find yourself writing the same description, requirements, or benefits wording across multiple jobs, save it as a job description template instead. These are managed separately from full job templates, since they only cover the text content, not the whole job setup.
Managing description templates
Job description templates are managed under Settings > Job Description Templates. From here you can create, edit, and organise the blocks of text your organisation reuses most often, standard requirements for a certain role type, a standard benefits summary, or boilerplate company information.
Using them on a job
When you're filling in a job's details during creation, you can pull in a saved description template instead of writing from scratch, then adjust the wording for the specific role. This keeps your job postings consistent without limiting you to one fixed template per job, the way a full job template does.
