Managing job board integrations

Connecting boards under Settings, then tracking postings from the Job Boards page.

Job boards are connected in two places: Settings > Integrations, where you enter credentials, and the Job Boards page, where you track how each posting is doing.

Connecting a board

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and find the board under the Job Boards section.
2. Turn on its toggle, then select Configure to enter your credentials.
3. Select Test Connection to confirm it works. You'll see a clear success or failure message.

If a connection breaks later, for example your credentials expire, the integration's status badge changes so you can spot it without needing to test every board manually.

If you ever need to start over with a board's setup, select Reset to clear its saved configuration and reconfigure from scratch.

Tracking postings

The Job Boards page lists every posting across your jobs, filterable by status and board, and searchable by job title. Status badges include Not Posted, Pending, Scheduled, Validated, Sent, Published, Posted, Failed, Expired, and Unpublished.

Fixing a failed posting

If a posting fails, select it to see the error details. From there:

• Retry tries again, up to a retry limit.
• Force post is available if the only issues left are warnings rather than hard errors.
• Unpublish removes the job from that specific board while leaving it live everywhere else.

You can also select multiple postings and validate, send, retry, or check their status together, or use Bulk publish to boards to publish every live job to a chosen set of boards in one go.
