User accounts are managed under Settings > User Management.

Finding a user

Use the search box, or filter by Status (Active, Invited, Invite pending, Invite failed, Deactivated) and Role (Admin, HR, Member, Agency) to narrow the list down.

Inviting someone

  1. Select Invite User.
  2. Enter their Email, First Name, and Last Name.
  3. Choose their Role. For Member, HR, or Admin roles, also choose their Department. For Agency, choose the agency they belong to instead.

They'll receive an invitation to set up their account.

Editing a user

Select the edit icon on a user's row to update their name, role, or department. If you change the email address on an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet, you'll be asked to confirm, since this cancels the old invite and sends a new one to the updated address.

Deactivating or removing access

Select Deactivate user to remove someone's access without deleting their account, you'll be asked to confirm since they'll immediately lose access. Select Reactivate user to restore it later.

For an invitation that hasn't been accepted, you can Resend it, Retry it if it failed and can be retried, or Cancel it entirely, which removes the invite and frees up the email address to be invited again.

Administrators can permanently delete a user's account, though not their own. This is separate from deactivation and can't be undone.

Agency users

Agency-role users can't have their role changed through the edit screen, their access is managed through your organisation's agency settings instead.
