Moving candidates through pipeline stages

Each job's Pipeline tab shows candidates as cards arranged in columns, one column per stage. Moving a candidate forward, or back, is as simple as dragging their card into a different column.
Moving a candidate
Select and drag a candidate's card from one stage column to another, then release it to drop them into the new stage. Their application updates immediately to reflect the new stage.
When a move might be blocked or flagged
Some stages have conditions attached. Moving a candidate into an Offer-type stage checks their right-to-work status, and depending on how your organisation has this configured, an unverified status either blocks the move outright or lets it through with a warning. See Right to work and governance for exactly how this works.
Stages can also require shortlisting evaluations to reach a certain threshold, or a minimum number of reviewers, before a candidate can progress. If a move doesn't go through the way you expect, check whether the stage has one of these conditions attached before assuming something's wrong.
Changing what stages exist
The stages themselves, their names, order, and type, are configured separately. See Configuring pipeline stages.
