MVP release

We are delighted to announce the first alpha release of Hireroad Recruit. This release marks the beginning of your journey with our platform, bringing together the core tools you need to manage recruitment end to end. We welcome your feedback as we continue to develop and improve the product.

What's included in the MVP

The MVP release covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting a job through to onboarding a new hire. Below is a summary of what is available.

Dashboard

A personalised home view showing your open tasks, recruitment metrics, and a pipeline funnel. Use the dashboard to get a quick read on activity across your jobs and act on outstanding tasks.

Job management

Create and manage job postings, track their status across connected job boards, and duplicate existing jobs to save time. Supported job boards include Indeed, LinkedIn, Adzuna, Reed, CV-Library, TotalJobs, and GOV.UK Find a Job.

Candidate management

Search, import, and organise candidates. Assign candidates to jobs, bulk tag and move them into talent pools, and detect and merge duplicate records to keep your database clean.

Application pipeline

Manage applications through configurable pipeline stages. Move candidates between stages, apply shortlisting checklists, and track each application from submission through to a hiring decision.

Interviews

Schedule and manage interviews with a calendar view. Capture interviewer feedback, create ad-hoc interviews outside the main pipeline, and track outstanding feedback requirements.

Offer management

Generate and send offer letters to selected candidates. Candidates can review and accept offers via a secure link, and you can track offer status in real time.

Referrals

Create employee referral programmes with unique shareable links. Set expiry dates, specify target jobs, and monitor referral applications and metrics.

Careers website

A public-facing job listing page where candidates can discover and apply to your open roles directly from your branded careers portal.

Reports and insights

A suite of reports covering:

• Pipeline funnel and stage conversion rates
• Candidate sourcing and channel performance
• Offer acceptance rates
• Diversity and inclusion metrics
• Cost-per-hire and recruitment spend
• Job board advertising performance

Settings and configuration

Configure your company profile, user accounts and permissions, pipeline stages, custom fields, email templates, shortlisting checklists, application form questions, approval workflows, and HRIS integrations (including iTrent).

Compliance and security

Audit logs, GDPR data deletion controls, two-factor authentication, and cookie policy management are all included in this release.
