Navigating Recruit

What's in the sidebar, the user menu, and your dashboard.

Once you're signed in, everything in Recruit is reachable from the left-hand sidebar. What you see there depends on your role and what your organisation has switched on.

The sidebar

From top to bottom, the main navigation can include:

• Dashboard: your homepage, with a summary of what needs your attention.
• Jobs: every job you have access to, including any group-level views if your organisation manages multiple companies.
• Job Boards: where jobs are published externally.
• Candidates: every candidate in your organisation, across all jobs.
• Referrals: employee referral activity.
• Interviews: scheduled interviews across your jobs.
• Onboarding: only shown if your organisation has onboarding turned on.
• Reports: dashboards and reports on hiring activity.

Settings sits at the bottom of the sidebar, separate from the main list, and only appears if your role has access to it.

You can collapse the sidebar to icons only if you want more screen space. Select the toggle at the top of the sidebar to switch between the full and collapsed views.

The user menu

Select your avatar in the top-right corner to open your user menu. It shows your name and email, followed by:

• Settings: your personal profile and account settings.
• Support: opens the Recruit support centre in a new tab.
• Logout: signs you out of Recruit.

Your dashboard

Your dashboard is built around what you personally need to act on. It typically includes:

• My Tasks: anything assigned to you that needs action, such as approvals waiting on your decision.
• Recent activity across your jobs and candidates.
• A pipeline summary showing where candidates sit across your active jobs.
• An onboarding summary, if onboarding is enabled for your organisation.

Because the dashboard is built around your own role and permissions, two people at the same organisation may see different things on their dashboard.
