Participating in interviews
A guide for interviewers rather than recruiters.
A guide for interviewers rather than recruiters.
If you've been added to a job as an interviewer, here's what to expect from Recruit day to day.
Getting scheduled
You'll be added either as a Required Attendee or the Primary Interviewer on an interview event, or booked directly into an ad-hoc interview. Either way, you'll receive a calendar invite automatically once a time is confirmed, whether that's a candidate self-booking a slot or a recruiter scheduling one directly.
Keeping track of what's coming up
The Interviews page is your calendar of everything you're involved in. Filter it to just yourself using the Interviewer filter if you only want to see your own schedule.
After the interview
Once an interview has taken place, it's your job to submit feedback. Look for it under Feedback Required on the Interviews page, this list won't clear until feedback has actually been submitted. See Submitting interview feedback for exactly how to fill it in.
Video interviews
If a stage uses recorded video interviews instead of a live conversation, you'll be notified once a candidate's recording is ready to review rather than being scheduled for a set time. See Video interviews with HireFlix.
