Publishing to job boards

Getting a job live once it's ready to publish.

Getting a job live once it's ready to publish.

Once a job is approved, publishing it is usually part of the setup wizard's Publishing step, where you choose which channels to publish to, along with a posting date and expiry date. Leaving the posting date blank publishes immediately; choosing a future date schedules it instead.

Publishing after setup

If a job is already Approved but you haven't published it yet, select Publish from the job's header to open the same board selection dialog. Your careers page is always included unless your organisation has a standalone internal-only setup.

Managing a published job's boards

Once a job is live, use its "···" menu to:

  • Pause: temporarily take the job offline without closing it.
  • Close: stop accepting applications for good.
  • Add Boards: publish to additional boards you didn't choose initially.

Checking posting status

The Job Boards page shows every posting across all your jobs, filterable by status and board, with statuses including Not Posted, Pending, Scheduled, Validated, Sent, Published, Posted, Failed, Expired, and Unpublished. If a posting fails, select it to see the error details, and use Retry to try again, up to your organisation's retry limit. Force post is available if the only remaining issues are warnings rather than hard errors. Select Unpublish to remove a job from one board while leaving it live elsewhere.

For setting up the boards themselves, see Managing job board integrations.
