Sourcing
The Sourcing report shows which candidate sources are actually delivering results. Headline cards show Total Sources, your Top Volume Source, your Best Hire Rate source, and Total Candidates.
A stacked bar chart, Candidates by Source, breaks each source down into candidates still in the pipeline, hired, and rejected, so you can see not just where volume comes from but where quality comes from too. A Source by Department table lets you compare how each source performs across different departments, including a hire rate for each combination.
Offers
The Offers report tracks what happens after you extend an offer. Five cards summarise Total Offers, Accepted, Declined, Pending, and your overall Accept Rate.
An Offers by Job table breaks this down per job, including total offers, accepted, declined, pending, and average salary. A Recent Offers table lists individual offers with the candidate, job, offer type, salary, and current status, useful for a quick check on what's still awaiting a response.
