Submitting interview feedback
Rating a candidate and giving your recommendation after an interview.
Rating a candidate and giving your recommendation after an interview.
Once you've completed an interview, submitting feedback is how your assessment gets recorded against the candidate.
Filling in the scorecard
- From the Interviews page, select Submit Feedback next to the interview you've just completed.
- Answer each question on the scorecard, star ratings, yes/no switches, or free text, depending on how the question is set up. Questions marked with a red asterisk are required.
- Choose an Overall Recommendation: Strong No, No, Maybe, Yes, or Strong Yes.
- Add any Additional Notes you think are useful.
- Select Submit Feedback.
You'll see a confirmation before being taken back to your interview queue or the candidate's notes.
After you submit
Once submitted, your feedback becomes read-only and shows your recommendation clearly. You can also see a summary of feedback from everyone else who interviewed the same candidate, so you're not working blind if you're the second or third person to weigh in.
If you need to change something after submitting, you won't be able to edit it directly, contact whoever's coordinating the job about correcting the record.
