The onboarding hub

A single view across everyone currently onboarding.

The Onboarding Hub brings together onboarding activity across every candidate, rather than checking one profile at a time.

Candidates tab

This tab lists everyone currently onboarding, with their job title, start date, a progress bar showing how many tasks are complete, and a status of Overdue or On track. Select a row to jump straight to that candidate's own Onboarding tab.

Tasks tab

This tab lists outstanding tasks across all candidates, showing the task, candidate, job title, how long it's been active, and its due date. Administrators and HR users also see who each task is assigned to. Overdue tasks are highlighted so they stand out from the rest. Select Complete to mark a task done directly from this list.

What you'll see

If you're not an administrator or HR user, you'll only see candidates and tasks relevant to you, rather than everything across the organisation.

The Onboarding Hub only appears if your organisation has onboarding switched on.
