Tracking a job's progress
Everything you need to know about a job lives on its detail page.
Everything you need to know about a job lives on its detail page.
Once you open a specific job, its detail page becomes the central place to track where it stands.
The status banner
Near the top of the page, a status badge shows the job's current stage, and an approval status banner shows where things stand in the current approval cycle, if one is in progress. If the job has been rejected before and resubmitted, a separate banner shows that history too, so nothing gets lost between cycles.
Moving between areas of the job
Once a job is through setup, its detail page is organised into tabs:
- Pipeline: candidates and where they sit in the process, with a badge showing how many applicants there are.
- Shortlisting: scoring and review activity.
- Events: interview and other scheduled events tied to this job.
- Details: the job's core information.
- Job Boards: where and how it's been published.
- Team: who's working on this job.
- Onboarding: only shown if your organisation has onboarding enabled.
- Referrals: employee referral activity for this job.
- Settings: job-specific configuration, such as rejection email delay.
Checking these tabs regularly is the quickest way to see how a job is progressing without needing a separate report.
