The Pipeline report shows how candidates move through your hiring stages, and where they tend to fall away.
The headline numbers
Four cards summarise the picture: Total Entered, Currently Active, Overall Conversion (the share who go from applied to hired), and Total Rejected, shown both as a count and a percentage of everyone in the pipeline.
The pipeline funnel
A funnel chart shows each stage as a bar sized by how many candidates reached it, with a label showing how many are sitting there right now. This makes it easy to spot where your pipeline is heaviest.
Stage conversion
Below the funnel, a stage-by-stage breakdown shows the conversion rate from one stage to the next, along with how many candidates were lost at each step. This is usually the most useful place to look if a job feels like it's stalling, it shows you exactly which transition is losing candidates rather than leaving you to guess.
Exporting
Select Export to download the report as CSV or Excel for further analysis or sharing outside Recruit.
