Using the dashboard

A quick summary of hiring activity, built around your own role.

Your Dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in, and it's built to surface what you personally need to act on rather than everything happening across the organisation.

Stat cards

Four cards summarise this month's activity: Active Jobs, Total Candidates, Interviews Scheduled, and Hired. Select any card to jump straight into the relevant area.

My Tasks

This widget lists anything assigned to you that needs action, each with a priority badge (Urgent, High, Medium, Low) and a due-date label such as "Overdue," "Due today," or "Due tomorrow."

Recent activity and pipeline summary

Below your tasks, a Recent Activity widget shows what's changed recently across your jobs, and a Pipeline Funnel widget summarises where candidates currently sit across your active jobs.

Onboarding

If your organisation has onboarding switched on, an Onboarding widget shows a summary of onboarding activity alongside everything else.

If you manage multiple companies

A company filter appears at the top of the dashboard so you can switch between your organisation's companies rather than seeing everything blended together.
