Video interviews with HireFlix

A ready-to-use integration with nothing to configure.

Recruit supports recorded, one-way video interviews through HireFlix. Unlike other integrations, there's nothing for you to set up, HireFlix is built into Recruit itself rather than something your organisation connects with its own account and credentials.

Why there's no settings page

If you go looking for HireFlix under Settings > Integrations, you won't find it. That's expected, there are no credentials to enter and no connection to test, because the integration runs at the platform level rather than per organisation.

What you'll actually see

Your involvement with video interviews shows up on the candidate's pipeline card and profile as a status badge:

• Awaiting response: the invite has been sent, but the candidate hasn't completed it yet.
• Video completed: the candidate has finished recording, and it's ready to review.

Reviewing a completed video

Once a candidate's video is ready, open it from their profile to reach the video review screen. Here you can watch the recording, read a transcript alongside it, leave a star rating, and add your own comments. You'll also see ratings left by anyone else on the team who's already reviewed it.

Setting the questions candidates are asked

While there's no connection to configure, you can still control what candidates are asked to record. Video interview question templates are managed under Settings > Feedback Forms, on the Video Interview tab.
