Viewing a candidate profile

Everything about a candidate, in one place.

Everything about a candidate, in one place.

Selecting a candidate from the list opens their profile, the central record of everything related to them.

What's on the profile

The header shows their name, any relevant scheme indicators (such as Disability Confident, Armed Forces, or Care Leaver), and their tags. Below that, the profile is organised into sections covering notes, activity history, documents, work history, education, onboarding (if applicable), references, communications, interview feedback, video interview results, consent records, and HRIS sync status where relevant.

Actions you can take

From the actions menu on a candidate's profile, you can:

  • Move them to the talent pool.
  • Merge them with a duplicate record.
  • Send an email or SMS.
  • Request a document.
  • Schedule an ad-hoc interview.
  • Send an offer.
  • Update their right to work status.

Where to go next

Most of the day-to-day work you'll do on a candidate happens from this page, adding notes, checking their timeline, moving them through the pipeline, or acting on the items above. The other articles in this section cover each of these in more detail.
