Candidates can now save their application and finish it later. Applicants no longer have to complete an application in one sitting — they can save their progress and pick up right where they left off.
More flexible interview setup. You can now add multiple interviews to a single pipeline stage, giving you room for panel rounds, technical sessions, and follow-ups without restructuring your pipeline.
Referee and reference forms. Build and manage your own referee and reference forms, ready to send as part of your referencing process.
📅 Interviews & Events- Invite candidates to an event directly from the event itself.
- Automatic cancellation emails — if you cancel an event, affected candidates are notified automatically.
- In-person or online — every event type can now specify its format, so candidates know what to expect.
- Private events — mark an event as private to control who can see it, in the app and on calendars.
- Breaks between interviews — slot-based events now support configurable breaks, so back-to-back days stay manageable.
- New setting to enforce saved locations — keep job locations consistent by requiring users to pick from your approved list.
- Unsaved changes warning — you'll now be warned before navigating away from a job you haven't saved.
- Indeed and Reed integration upgrades — behind-the-scenes improvements to how jobs are sent to Indeed and Reed, including more accurate salary information and more reliable connections.
- Fixed an issue where draft jobs could lose entered details before publishing.
- Fixed the options panels for several job boards appearing blank.
- Fixed approval statuses and filters showing even when approvals were switched off.
- Fixed candidates being unable to add, remove, or reorder repeatable sections (like employment history) on application forms.
- Fixed social media links not appearing on the careers page.
- Fixed navigation issues on job postings, including a missing back button in some layouts.
- Optional fields such as Phone, CV, and Cover Letter are now always available when building new forms.
- New application notification emails now include the job title, so you can see at a glance which role has a new applicant.
- Choose which stage to review — the shortlisting tab now lets reviewers pick the shortlisting stage they're working on.
- Filter by reviewer status — see at a glance which candidates each reviewer has completed.
- Fixed candidate names appearing in CVs during blind shortlisting — they're now properly hidden.
- Fixed the talent pool search box losing focus while typing.
- Clearer error messages when moving a candidate to the talent pool.
- Fixed the CV import flow so users can no longer lose their place during the review step.
- Searchable merge fields — a new searchable dropdown makes it quick to find and insert merge fields when writing emails and event communications.
- Longer offer documents — the character limit on offer letters and contracts has been lifted, so lengthy contracts send without issue.
- Download signed documents — signed contracts and offer documents can now be downloaded directly from the offer record.
- Fixed the send email window overflowing the screen with large templates.
- Extend portal access — you can now manage and extend a candidate's onboarding portal expiry, so their access never lapses mid-process.
- Reorder onboarding tasks — tasks without a start date keep their original order and can be manually rearranged.
- Smarter onboarding emails — choose the recipient type and pick a template when setting up onboarding email triggers.
- Dates now display in the format matching each user's chosen profile language.
- Improved reliability of scheduled reminders when the related activity is cancelled.
