Your profile and account settings

Everything on your My Profile page.

Everything on your My Profile page.

Your personal settings live on My Profile, reached from the user menu in the top-right corner of any page. Nothing here affects other users, only how Recruit behaves for you.

Account information

This card shows your name, email, and role. It's read-only. If any of it is wrong, contact your Recruit administrator, since only they can update it.

Calendar integrations

Connect your calendar so interview scheduling can check your availability and add events automatically.

  1. Under Calendar Integrations, find Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
  2. Select Connect with Google or Connect with Microsoft and sign in when prompted.
  3. Once connected, you'll see a green connected badge. Select Disconnect at any time to remove the connection.

If a connection breaks (for example, your password changed on the calendar side), the badge shows an error and offers a Reconnect button.

Timezone and language

  • Timezone is a single dropdown, defaulting to Europe/London. Changing it saves automatically and updates how interview times and dates display for you across Recruit.
  • Language has its own switcher if your organisation supports multiple languages.

Jobs list and pipeline defaults

  • Jobs List Defaults lets you set which Status, Location, Department, and Posted-by filters are applied by default whenever you open the jobs list. Select Save to keep your choices, or Reset to default to clear them.
  • Pipeline View Defaults (only shown to Admin and HR users) lets you choose whether incomplete or disqualified candidates show by default when you open a pipeline. Select Save to apply.

Changing your password

  1. Under Change Password, enter your Current password.
  2. Enter a New password. A strength indicator shows as you type.
  3. Re-enter it in Confirm new password.
  4. Select Change password.

You'll be signed out automatically once your password changes, so sign back in with your new password.

Two-factor authentication

Your 2FA setup and status also live on this page, at the bottom. See Setting up two-factor authentication for the full walkthrough.
