Tried to upload an mp4 video to a course. Unable to upload video mp4 to a module of a course. It is an accepted file format for videos listed when I upload by the LMS Get the message FATAL ERROR when I attempt the upload. There was a problem loading the video. Please contact your system administrator for further assistance. Why can’t I upload videos to modules in a course.
This is due to your company having a proxy through web filters set up.
