FAQ: Disaster Recovery

Question: What is the disaster recovery protocol for HR Learn? What steps are in place for recovery when the system goes down?

Answer: Our RPO is 24 hours (daily) and RTO is 4 hours. In the event of a catastrophic failure, the system will be restored within 4 hours, and restored with the latest offsite backup (daily backup) if the current database is not recoverable from its file system.
