ILT Resource Management: Conversion to New UI

We have converted the ILT Resource Management functionality into the new UI.

System & UI Changes:

• ILT Resource Management is now available in the new UI.

Certifications: Conversion to New UI

We have converted the Certifications functionality into the new UI.

Reporting: Conversion to New UI

We have converted the Reporting functionality into the new UI.

Persona Based Dashboards

We have introduced “Persona Based Dashboards” functionality into the new UI that allows you to customize the “My Activities” screen for specific users and groups.

System & UI Changes:

• A new menu option “Persona Based Dashboards” is available under the “Interface & Layout” section of the administrator menu.

• You will have the ability to create a customized view of the “My Activities” page and target it to specific users and/or groups. Creating a view will allow you to choose what widgets are shown in the view, and in what order they are shown.

• You can see what “Persona Based Dashboard” applies to a user or group by viewing that user or group’s admin dashboard.

Bug Fixes

  • Corrected an issue with User Registration Approval permissions.
  • Corrected an issue with “Forgot My Username” functionality.
  • Corrected an issue with downloading task module files with special characters in the file name.
  • Corrected an issue with forced module ordering where the first module is marked as optional.
  • Corrected an issue where the “User Batch” and “New User” menu options are displayed when the user does not have “User Creator” permissions.
