Message:
Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

Origin: This is a requirement of SCORM that in the object (the course title here) it is best practice to NOT have special characters. Such special characters as (“ , & !) etc will need to be removed as they are what are throwing the error.
Resolution: It is recommended that when creating a title for a course that you do not use special characters in the object names. FYI a dash (-) is an acceptable character to use.
