HR Learn FAQ: SSL Certificate Renewal

This is the process to get your SSL certificate updated and provides the information that the HR Learn support team will need to complete the renewal process. 

1. Please provide the following information to our support team:
   
   
   1. Common name – this is the domain name of the certificate. 
   2. Organization 
   3. Organization unit – this is the division of the company. 
   4. City/locality 
   5. State/province - Please spell out the full name of State/province. Country/region 
2. You will receive a DocuSign to be signed for this work that our engineering team will complete for you. (A 50 dollar cost) 
3. Once you have filled out the information above send it back to us. 
4. Our team will then create the CSR (Certificate Signing Request). 
5. We will then send back to you the CSR for you to create the certificate. 
6. You will create the certificate. 
7. Once the new certificate is created, this needs to be sent back to us to implement. 
8. We upload the certificate and ask for confirmation of correct completion.
