If you receive a content package upload error with your content file not uploading to the LMS, check the console for errors that explain why the upload is failing.

If you receive a content package upload error with your content file not uploading to the LMS, check the console for errors that explain why the upload is failing. Ensure that your SCORM package has a manifest in the file that is being uploaded. Content will not successfully upload without a manifest in the file. 

Another option would be to re-zip the content package and walking through the upload process again. The way some authoring tools publish packages sometimes cause an issue in the upload process.
