HR Learn FAQ: Why is my Video Upload Timing Out?

There could be a few reasons why your video upload is timing out in the system. In addition to the size of the file, there is also a function of time. If this message is received, the upload speed was not sufficient enough to upload a file of that size in the time before the session expired. There are 2 options when/if this happens:

• Break it up into several videos, making the file sizes easier to upload

• Use a streaming service like Vimeo (which we support)
