HR Learn FAQ: Why is the Awarded User Certificate Blank?

Inquisiq legacy and HR Learn LE/Pro LMS users may experience blank user certificates. Special characters, such as !:@#$%^&*()<>[]{}, can cause problems for the display of certificates.

Solution:

Remove special characters from any field on the certificate where they appear.
