HR Learn: How to Run a Report for Quiz or Survey Responses

This article outlines the steps to configure and run and a report that pulls quiz and survey learner responses.

1. Go to Reports.
2. Click the plus icon next to the User Course Transcripts dataset, then click “New User Course Transcripts Report.”
3. Select the fields that you wish to pull. At the very least, you will need to pull the following fields:
   1. 1. Name and/or Username
      2. Course and/or Module
      3. Interaction
      4. Interaction Description
      5. Interaction Type
      6. Learner Response
4. Filter the report by Module, select “contains” from the second drop-down, and put the name of the module which contains the quiz or survey in the text box.
5. Click “Run Report.” Your report will give all of the responses users gave to each question.
