HR Learn LMS Outage Update

HR Learn SaaS clients experienced an outage from 8:15 - 8:45 am EST on 8/24/2022. The outage was due to a hardware failure at our cloud service provider. A load balancer failed and the recovery backup did not come back up immediately. We have resolved the issue and all systems are back online. We are working with the hosting provider to ensure that this does not occur in the future.
