HR Learn: Modules Do Not Load in Firefox

This issue is caused by a bug within Articulate Storyline:

We republished an older content package to the latest version of Storyline and confirmed that this fixes the issue.  Now the module loads and displays correctly in Firefox.

When updating content packages in an existing course, we recommend that you run a quick test first on the impact of changing out your content packages when users are currently enrolled in that course.  To do this, create a test course by duplicating just one of your courses that have an old storyline content package.  Launch into the course in any browser other than Firefox and view a few slides (ex: 5 slides). Close the module and confirm that you are now in progress.  

As an Admin, upload the republished Storyline package and be sure to include a date or version number in the SCORM package title. Go to the Course, click the Modules tab, select the module that you will update with the new Storyline package, click the Content tab and select the new Storyline file.  Check the "Do not reset module data for learners on content change" box and click Save Changes.  This should only be checked if you are changing a content item for this module and the change is minor. Example: You are changing a content package and the new content package only has text changes, but is structurally the same as the old content package. If this is checked and the content change is major, the existing module data that applies to the old content may cause the new content not to function, which is why we recommend testing first.

Now, in the Firefox browser, relaunch the content as a learner and verify that the content correctly loads in Firefox and resumes where you left off before (ex: on slide 5).
