This article will walk through replacing PPT content packages within a course module.

This article will walk through replacing PPT content packages within a course module. Follow the steps below to replace a PowerPoint file within an existing course module with a new version of the content:

  1. Upload the new version of the PowerPoint to the Content Package Library
  2. Open the existing course and open the specific module you need to replace the file within
  3. On the content tab, click “Select Content Package” and select the newly updated version from the pop-up window
  4. Click “Save Changes”
  5. Go back to the content package library and delete the older version of the PowerPoint

Note: You only want to delete the original file from the content package library if no one is going to utilize it moving forward. You may need to re-enroll yourself (and existing users) in the course to see the new content in the module that you replaced.
