When an administrator dropped an enrolled user in an ILT session from the Enrolled List, a user from the Waitlist was not promoted to the Enrolled list.
When an administrator dropped an enrolled user in an ILT session from the Enrolled List, a user from the Waitlist was not promoted to the Enrolled list.
The system is working as intended. When an administrator drops a user from a session, the administrator must then promote the next user in the Waitlist to the Enrolled List.
If a user drops themselves from a session, only then will the next Waitlist user will automatically be added to the Enrolled List.
Solution
Promote the next user in the Waitlist to the Enrolled List.
