Shortlisting checklists

The criteria reviewers score candidates against.

Shortlisting checklists are the templates behind the scoring described in Shortlisting candidates, managed under Settings > Shortlisting Checklists.

Managing checklists

From this screen you can create, edit, and archive checklist templates, each one a reusable set of criteria you can attach to any pipeline stage.

When a stage's copy has drifted

When a checklist is attached to a stage, that stage keeps its own copy of it. If you update the source checklist afterwards, stages already using it don't update automatically, you'll see a Template Drift badge on any stage whose copy no longer matches the current template.

Select Reapply Template on a drifted stage if you want it to pick up the latest version of the checklist.
